Biography

Gakuru Macharia is the Founder Kidney Research Kenya (KRK) KRK has been training doctors, nurses and surgeons through partnership Cairo University, Toledo University USA, Kings College London, Liverpool Teaching Hospital, Hunan Province China. Publisher Author of many books including – Kidney Failure, High Blood Pressure, Kidney Transplantation and Organ Donation, Dialysis, My own Experience. A Bio – Med and has worked for Toshiba Medical Systems Europe and NHS in the UK. He’s also a Journalist and has worked for Kenya Broadcasting as London Bureau Chief, commentator for Aljazeera, CNN, BBC etc.
